Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst will focus on translating business needs into technical requirements, supporting data integrations, documenting system architecture, and improving the effectiveness of CRM and analytics platforms. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data structures, integrations, and reporting capabilities support organizational goals.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience working across business and technical teams, understands relational data structures, and can translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience documenting business requirements, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Strong experience with data mapping, system documentation, and integration support.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and data models.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities.
• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with CRM administration or configuration.
• Experience with cloud data platforms or analytics tools.
• Familiarity with reporting and visualization platforms.
• Experience supporting integrations, ETL processes, or data pipelines.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
• Higher education or nonprofit experience preferred but not required.
