Job Description
Overview:
We’re looking for a forward-thinking Digital Solutions Engineer with a passion for transforming how people work, meet, and collaborate. This role focuses on the intersection of people, process, and technology—bringing digital tools and modern AV solutions into the spaces where teams connect and do their best work.
In this people-first role, you’ll partner directly with users to uncover needs, recommend tools, and implement solutions that enhance collaboration—both digitally and within physical environments. From Microsoft Teams Room systems to process automation with Microsoft Power Platform, you'll help shape a workplace experience that’s efficient, engaging, and digitally mature.
Key Focus Areas:
You’ll work across several digital innovation domains:

Business Process Modernization using tools like Power Automate, PowerApps, ServiceNow, or Qualtrics
-
Digital Collaboration Optimization leveraging platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Miro, and others
-
Productivity Tools Integration with applications like Microsoft OneNote, To Do, and other daily task enhancers
-
AV/Meeting Room Consultation including strategy and configuration for Teams Rooms and modern AV systems

Virtual Event Support ensuring digital events are set up, managed, and executed successfully
What You’ll Do:
Consultation & Engagement
-
Collaborate with users to understand their work and communication patterns
-
Conduct discovery sessions and demo relevant solutions
-
Document business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements
-
Train stakeholders and ensure smooth transition from idea to adoption
Solution Design & Delivery
-
Design and build low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft 365 tools and other platforms
-
Develop digital workflows and integrate collaboration tools into daily operations
-
Guide AV room configuration based on usage patterns and tech requirements
-
Partner with internal IT teams for technical handoff when complex development is needed
Testing & Validation
-
Conduct internal and user-based testing of new tools and solutions
-
Evaluate AV setups and digital tools for performance, usability, and fit
-
Recommend changes to toolsets or approaches based on feedback and analysis
Research & Innovation
-
Stay informed about emerging tools in the productivity and collaboration ecosystem
-
Continuously explore better ways to connect people and streamline processes
-
Assess hardware and software for potential rollout within the digital workplace
Qualifications:
-
Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 tools: Teams, Outlook, OneNote, To Do, Forms, etc.

Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate, Power BI, PowerApps, Excel
-
Solid understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization

Experience working directly with end users to design and implement digital tools

Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Room Systems and AV hardware setup
-
Ability to translate user needs into practical technical solutions
-
Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
-
Flexible, proactive, and energized by problem-solving in fast-paced environments
-
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus

ITIL v4 certification (preferred, but not required)

PowerShell scripting experience is a bonus
Work Style & Culture:
This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence at least three days per week. Flexibility is expected to accommodate occasional support outside standard hours. You’ll be embedded within a highly collaborative, user-focused team that thrives on solving real problems with smart, practical digital solutions
