Project Manager

Overview:
You’ll lead high-visibility IT initiatives—primarily complex migrations and custom app development. The role calls for a seasoned PM who can drive outcomes across multiple workstreams, keep stakeholders aligned, and maintain project momentum despite shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple, complex initiatives
• Coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Apply best-fit project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Manage budgets, risks, and timelines with minimal oversight
• Communicate status, blockers, and decisions to leadership clearly and consistently

• Blend of technical acumen and business communication skills
• History of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects
• Excellent judgment under pressure and proven conflict resolution skills
• Experience with ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Jira, and Microsoft 365 tools
• Familiarity with higher ed environments is a bonus, not a requirement

• 5+ years of IT project management experience
• Track record handling multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong documentation, planning, and presentation abilities
