Job Description
We're partnering with a leading institution within the academic and tech innovation space that’s seeking a sharp, detail-driven Executive Assistant to support one of their top leaders. This isn’t your average admin role – it's an opportunity to be right at the center of strategy and decision-making within a vibrant, mission-focused college.
In this position, you’ll be the key right-hand support for a senior figure within the organization. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment where juggling complex calendars, prepping executive-level documents, and managing time-sensitive communications is the norm.
In This Role, You'll:
- Serve as the trusted go-to for a senior leader, managing calendars, priorities, and communications
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and events with a high level of precision and foresight
- Draft and edit internal and external communications, reports, and materials
- Support broader projects and help drive administrative operations forward
- Navigate confidential matters with maturity and sound judgment
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, ideally within higher education or professional services
- Confidence managing shifting priorities and overlapping schedules
- A proactive mindset — someone who doesn’t wait to be asked, but instead takes initiative
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- A blend of professionalism and personality — you can handle the formal side of things, but still bring warmth and a sense of humor
- Experience working with leadership-level professionals
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail
- Prior support experience at the dean or executive level
- Interest in being an engaged part of a mission-driven community
- Ability to represent leadership with integrity and poise
