Senior IT Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to support upcoming capital projects. This role involves partnering with business and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze systems, and deliver integrated technology solutions. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in enterprise systems, process analysis, and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements
• Analyze current systems and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead system integration efforts (APIs, data exchanges)
• Support design sessions, testing, and implementation planning
• Develop documentation including process flows and system diagrams

• 5+ years as an IT Business Analyst
• Experience with enterprise platforms and system integrations
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and APIs
• Skilled in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Visio
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred: Certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA), experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and reporting tools (Power BI, SQL)
