Sales Manager

AVID Technical Resources is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our client in Irvine, CA. 

Position: Direct Hire 

Requirements:

• Sales Experience: 4–8+ years in hydration or outdoor/lifestyle brands
• Retail & Channel Knowledge: Experience selling to independent retailers, mass market, specialty stores (e.g., REI, Target, DTC).
• Rep Management: Skilled in sourcing and managing sales reps/agencies.
• Startup Exposure: Preferred background in startup or early-stage brand environments.
• Tools & Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot (or similar tools).
• Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, communicative, and entrepreneurial.
• Industry Network: Existing buyer/industry contacts are a strong plus.
• Work Style: Strategic, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting.
