Project Manager

A leading organization in the public sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong capabilities in both software and infrastructure project delivery. This is a high-impact, hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in Boston each week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent IT projects with a focus on quality, budget, and deadlines
• Develop and track project plans, resource needs, risks, and deliverables
• Foster team collaboration and communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders
• Apply project management methodologies (PMI, Agile) and tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow)
• Anticipate and resolve project issues and conflicts in a diplomatic and efficient manner

• 5–7 years of IT experience with 3+ years in a project management role
• Strong background in managing both software and infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to deliver multiple concurrent initiatives within scope and budget
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and risk assessment abilities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• PMP certification or relevant PM training
• Experience in enterprise environments working cross-functionally with technical and business teams
