Global IT Lead

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to be a company's first-ever global IT leader - building the function from the ground up. Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, you'll establish a scalable, secure global technology environment and shape how the business uses data and AI to grow.

What You'll Do

• Set the global IT strategy, governance, and technology roadmap
• Rationalize and standardize systems, infrastructure, and vendors across regions
• Build the company's cybersecurity strategy and risk/compliance posture from the ground up
• Develop and lead the company's data and AI strategy
• Serve as senior technology advisor to the Executive Leadership Team
• Build the internal IT team and capability over time

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership in IT strategy, enterprise systems, and digital transformation
• Experience building or modernizing an IT function at a growing international company
• Strong background in cybersecurity, cloud, enterprise architecture, and compliance
• Experience shaping data/AI strategy with practical business impact
• Comfortable operating as both strategist and hands-on builder
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
