Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for routine questions and requests from internal stakeholders and visitors.
- Provide professional, welcoming front-office and customer service support.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and other office activities.
- Provide backup administrative and calendar support to executive-level staff.
- Assist with meeting technology and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Maintain office equipment, supplies, shared spaces, and general office organization.
- Process purchase orders and assist with purchasing activities.
- Reconcile corporate credit card expenses and other administrative expenses.
- Manage routine email communications and administrative correspondence.
- Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies.
- Assist with planning and coordinating department events and special activities.
- Support temporary or student employees by assisting with scheduling, assigning hours, and reviewing timesheets.
- Complete special projects and administrative assignments as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes and take initiative to add value.
- Work collaboratively with leadership and administrative staff on various projects and priorities.
- 2+ years of relevant professional administrative or office experience.
- College degree is not required.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable interacting with a wide range of personalities and professional levels.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic office and meeting technology.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to take on new responsibilities as needed.
