A Content Manager wants to ensure that content will help a business engage clients, increase SEO, and promote brand awareness. Content managers will analyze web traffic to optimize content. Content management roles often require a Bachelor’s in Journalism, English, or a similar field. These roles also often require a familiarity with web publishing, content management systems, HTML, and social media.
