Help Desk Technician

Our client in the Riverside area is looking for an experienced Help Desk technician to join their team on an initial 6 month contract basis, with potential to extend indefinitely. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Windows and Mac environments, and able to work onsite at our client's facilities Monday through Friday. Hourly pay starts at $25.00/hr and up based on experience

Basic Requirements:

• 2+ years of Customer Support / IT Helpdesk experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience imaging/managing windows and mac desktops / laptops
• Experience with Active Director
