About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused IT/AV Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical and audiovisual support for a dynamic campus environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of technology troubleshooting, customer service, and hands-on support in classrooms and administrative spaces.
The selected candidate will act as a key technical resource, providing direct assistance to students, faculty, and staff while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of campus technology systems. You’ll also collaborate with global IT teams to support enterprise-wide systems and technology initiatives.

Qualifications
Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience providing IT and AV support in a professional or educational environment.
  • Experience supporting Windows and macOS devices, printers, and peripherals.
  • Strong understanding of audiovisual systems, conferencing tools, and classroom technology.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
Preferred
  • Experience with IT service management or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Familiarity with information security best practices (e.g., NIST frameworks).
  • Background in higher education or campus-based IT environments.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, or Apple Certified Support Professional.
