Job Description

The Salesforce Business Analyst partners with business stakeholders to analyze processes, gather and document requirements, and support implementation of Salesforce-based solutions. This role collaborates closely with administrators, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure system enhancements align with operational goals and user needs.

The position requires strong stakeholder management skills, a self-directed work style, and the ability to contribute immediately within a short-term assignment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience
  • At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, reporting, and dashboards
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with SDLC methodologies
  • Proficiency with requirements and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira or similar platforms)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder facilitation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience
  • Familiarity with DevOps and release management processes
  • Experience supporting complex, multi-unit organizations
