Job Description
The Salesforce Business Analyst partners with business stakeholders to analyze processes, gather and document requirements, and support implementation of Salesforce-based solutions. This role collaborates closely with administrators, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure system enhancements align with operational goals and user needs.
The position requires strong stakeholder management skills, a self-directed work style, and the ability to contribute immediately within a short-term assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, reporting, and dashboards
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with SDLC methodologies
- Proficiency with requirements and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira or similar platforms)
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder facilitation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience
- Familiarity with DevOps and release management processes
- Experience supporting complex, multi-unit organizations
