Sr. IT Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex technology initiatives within a large, enterprise environment. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering major IT projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.

The Project Manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, including project planning, stakeholder coordination, operational analysis, and implementation oversight. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams, leadership, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of initiatives and effective communication across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage medium to large-scale IT projects from planning through implementation

• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource strategies

• Conduct operational analysis, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit assessments

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate project workgroups

• Ensure effective communication between project stakeholders, leadership, and vendors

• Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of project management experience in IT environments

• Experience managing complex technology implementations or enterprise applications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Experience with project management tools and business process analysis

• Proficiency with MS Office tools including MS Project and Visio

Preferred

• PMP or other PMI certification

• Master’s degree

• Experience working in healthcare environments
