Sr. Systems Administrator

What You'll Be Doing:

In this role, you'll take ownership of enterprise storage and backup systems, managing day-to-day operations, monitoring performance, maintaining patch levels, and driving improvements across the environment. You'll also play a key role in managing VMware virtualization platforms and supporting Active Directory infrastructure. After-hours availability is required for emergencies and scheduled maintenance.

Key Technologies: Dell/EMC Unity, Rubrik, Dell IDPA, VMware ESXi/vCenter, Windows Active Directory, PowerShell

What We're Looking For:

• BS + 10 years of experience (or MS + 7 years) in a related IT infrastructure role
• Hands-on experience with enterprise storage arrays, backup systems, and VMware administration
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows core services
• Experience with SAN optimization, DR/replication strategies, and ransomware protection
• Scripting ability (PowerShell, Perl, VBS) and strong communication skills
• Storage/Backup/VMware or ITIL certifications a plus
