Senior IT Business Analyst

We are partnering with a leading enterprise organization to hire a Senior IT Business Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity supporting large-scale capital projects and enterprise technology initiatives.

This is a highly visible role focused on business process analysis, systems integration, infrastructure alignment, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience translating complex business needs into scalable technology solutions across enterprise environments.

Location: Hybrid – 3 days onsite in Boston, MA
Duration: 12-month contract

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in enterprise environments
• Strong experience with systems integrations, APIs, and middleware technologies
• Proven background in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation
• Solid understanding of infrastructure environments including networks, servers, cloud, and security
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s)
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL, or TOGAF
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or SAP
• SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Azure, or AWS experience
• Familiarity with DevOps environments and cloud-based architecture
