Senior Business Analyst

Our client is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to support enterprise technology initiatives focused on improving business processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
This role partners with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project groups to analyze needs, define solutions, and support successful delivery of technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, system integrations, and translating business objectives into scalable technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Experience gathering requirements and supporting technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and documentation.
• Experience with system integrations, data flows, and enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and application connectivity.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and QA/testing processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience supporting complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure concepts, and security practices.
• Experience supporting application implementations or modernization projects.
