Facilities Tech

AVID Technical Resources is seeking a Facilities Tech for our client in Lebanon, OR. This is roughly a 2 month contract to support a backlog of tasks

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems and HVAC
• Excellent computer skills necessary to set up document formats
• Valid Driver's license
• Can pass BG check
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
• Occasional travel to other campus locations and clinics as required
• At least 2+ years experience in general maintenance, facilities management or related field
