We are partnering with a leading organization to hire a Communications Specialist – Service Experience for a 12-month contract opportunity. This hybrid role is ideal for a strong communicator who can translate complex operational and technical information into clear, user-centered messaging that improves service adoption and overall user experience.

This position blends communications, knowledge management, customer experience, and service content strategy, supporting both internal operations and end-user service delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in communications, content strategy, technical writing, or knowledge management
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Ability to simplify complex service, process, or technical information
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience with self-service environments, help centers, or knowledge portals preferred
  • Comfortable using AI tools for content support and refinement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and collaborative workflows
  • Strong focus on user experience, clarity, accessibility, and consistency
