Job Description
We are partnering with a leading organization to hire a Communications Specialist – Service Experience for a 12-month contract opportunity. This hybrid role is ideal for a strong communicator who can translate complex operational and technical information into clear, user-centered messaging that improves service adoption and overall user experience.
This position blends communications, knowledge management, customer experience, and service content strategy, supporting both internal operations and end-user service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in communications, content strategy, technical writing, or knowledge management
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to simplify complex service, process, or technical information
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with self-service environments, help centers, or knowledge portals preferred
- Comfortable using AI tools for content support and refinement
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and collaborative workflows
- Strong focus on user experience, clarity, accessibility, and consistency
- Service-minded communicator
- Strong editor with excellent judgment
- Experience with knowledge articles and service documentation
- Highly organized and audience-focused
- Comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams
