Sr. Infrastructure Project Manager

Position Overview
The Senior Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business outcomes. This individual will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and oversee all aspects of project execution including scope, schedule, budget, and risk.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience delivering network infrastructure and asset management projects, along with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of IT Project Management experience in enterprise environments
• Proven experience delivering infrastructure projects (networking, AV, or related technologies)
• Experience managing IT asset management initiatives and lifecycle processes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments

• Experience in large, matrixed organizations
• Knowledge of structured cabling and network infrastructure standards
• Familiarity with construction-related IT projects or environments
• Relevant certifications (PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, etc.)
• Background working with cross-functional technical and business teams
