Finance Business Systems Analyst

Overview
We are seeking a Finance Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise finance operations and system enhancements within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role will partner closely with finance stakeholders, technical teams, and business users to support, optimize, and enhance Workday Finance and integrated business systems.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Workday Finance expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions while supporting ongoing enhancements, reporting, and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of hands-on Workday Finance experience
• Strong experience with business requirements gathering and solution design
• Experience supporting Workday Finance modules such as:
  • Financial Data Model (FDM)
  • Accounting
  • Banking
  • Projects
  • Adaptive Planning (preferred)
• Experience with testing, system upgrades, and project coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with Workday Reporting
• Experience supporting integrated enterprise finance systems
• Exposure to SDLC processes and system implementation projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
