Senior Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise technology initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional projects from planning through execution while ensuring alignment across stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned project leader with exceptional stakeholder management skills, strong executive communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT initiatives involving multiple teams and competing priorities.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive IT project management experience
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise technology projects
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience managing complex timelines, competing priorities, and difficult stakeholder environments
• Expertise with project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches
• Proficiency with project management tools such as:
  • MS Project
  • Smartsheet
  • Jira
  • ServiceNow
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to drive alignment and maintain transparency across teams and leadership

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• PMP, Agile, or related project management certification preferred
• Experience with enterprise systems, infrastructure, cloud, CRM, ERP, or integration projects
• Experience working within large matrixed organizations
