CourseLeaf Systems Administrator

This position requires a hands-on professional with deep experience in CourseLeaf CIM, CAT, and Program Management modules, along with strong knowledge of curriculum workflows, catalog publishing, and SIS integrations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced academic environment and can quickly step into a functional leadership role.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering CourseLeaf CIM, CAT, and Program Management modules
• Strong understanding of curriculum management and academic catalog processes
• Experience supporting CourseLeaf upgrades, workflow configuration, and testing
• Familiarity with SIS platforms and curriculum data integrations
• Ability to troubleshoot workflow, routing, and publishing issues independently
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments

• Experience supporting higher education curriculum or registrar operations
• Experience with Banner or similar student information systems
• Experience creating training documentation and facilitating user training sessions
• Familiarity with reporting tools and functional testing methodologies
