Senior IT Business Analyst

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in systems integration, business process analysis, and enterprise technology environments. This individual should be comfortable bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders while managing complex projects and initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting enterprise systems
• Strong experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes
• Experience with systems integrations, APIs, middleware, and data exchanges
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience creating process flows, user stories, and technical documentation
• Experience supporting QA/UAT processes and testing activities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

• Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce, or SAP
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or reporting tools
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Industry certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL, or similar
