Junior Identity Administrator

Position Overview
This role will assist with the daily administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of identity platforms that support secure access across applications, systems, and users.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), authentication technologies, access management concepts, and identity operations. This individual will work closely with security, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve access issues, maintain secure identity workflows, and improve operational processes.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting identity, access management, systems administration, or related IT operations

• Connectivity troubleshooting
• Experience documenting incidents, requests, and technical procedures.
• Experience working within ITSM/change management processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical users.

• Experience with PowerShell automation for identity operations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph and identity management modules.
• Exposure to Conditional Access policies and troubleshooting.
