Senior IT Project Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead large-scale, enterprise-level technology initiatives. This role is responsible for driving project delivery from planning through execution, ensuring initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities and business needs.
The Senior Project Manager will oversee cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This position requires a mix of technical knowledge, stakeholder engagement skills, and leadership ability to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise IT projects, including CRM, ERP, infrastructure, data integration, and cloud-based initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, milestones, timelines, and resources.
• Monitor progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business units, and leadership.
• Facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, including internal staff and external vendors.
• Track, monitor, and report on project performance, risks, issues, and financials.
• Conduct post-project evaluations, lessons learned, and knowledge documentation.
• Manage financial oversight and reporting for projects, ensuring fiscal responsibility.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP, Agile, or other project management certification strongly preferred.
• 8–10 years of IT project management experience, with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• 5+ years of stakeholder engagement at the business, technical, and executive levels.
• Proven success delivering enterprise IT projects in dynamic environments.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
• Solid understanding of IT/business alignment and ability to deliver measurable value.
• Strong budgeting and resource planning experience.

• Strong financial monitoring and reporting capabilities.
• Team leadership experience, fostering collaboration and accountability.
