Office Manager

AVID Technical Resources is seeking an Office Manager in Hesperia, CA.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative operations, or executive coordination.
• Industry Preference: Prior experience working in the solar, renewable energy, construction, or engineering sector is strongly preferred.
• Legal Coordination: Familiarity with tracking contracts, working with outside legal counsel, or managing corporate legal administration.
• Procurement: Practical experience with Purchase Order (PO) creation, tracking, and vendor invoice reconciliation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace, and familiarity with ERP/PO management tools or digital signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign).
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable acting as a professional liaison with external law firms and partners.
• Schedule: Ability to work 100% full-time onsite.
