Digital Marketing Manager

AVID Technical Resources is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager in Hesperia, CA.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing management, digital marketing, or demand generation.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI tools (LLMs, prompt engineering, AI design/video generators, predictive analytics) to marketing workflows.
• Background in the solar, renewable energy, clean tech, or AEC (Architectural, Engineering, Construction) sectors is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp), CRM systems, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling capabilities; adept at translating complex solar technology concepts into compelling marketing messages.
