About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer or Engineer with hands-on experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to join our growing ServiceNow practice. You’ll design, configure, and enhance CMDB solutions that improve data accuracy, automate discovery, and strengthen ITSM, ITOM, and Asset Management capabilities.

You’ll collaborate with architects, analysts, and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a CMDB focus.

• Integrate CMDB with ITSM, ITOM, and Asset Management modules.

• Configure CI classes, relationships, and reconciliation rules.

• Develop automation using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Orchestration.

• Conduct CMDB audits and maintain data integrity.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot CMDB data and platform issues.

• Support platform upgrades and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development or engineering experience.

• Strong understanding of CMDB, CI relationships, and Discovery.

• Proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow configuration.

• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or SAM modules.

• Knowledge of Discovery, MID Server setup, and integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc.).
