Senior IT Business Analyst

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing technology and business solutions that drive organizational success. The ideal candidate has deep experience in enterprise systems, integrations, and business process analysis, with the ability to collaborate effectively across both technical and business teams.
You will work hands-on with IT and business stakeholders to define requirements, map current and future-state processes, and ensure scalable and sustainable technology implementations. This role requires strong technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to bridge business objectives with IT solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, focused on enterprise systems and integrations.
• Proven expertise in business process modeling and requirements elicitation.
• Strong understanding of API integrations, system interoperability, and middleware technologies.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure components (networks, servers, cloud platforms, and security protocols).
• Experience in technical and business requirements gathering, use case documentation, and solution design.
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL, or TOGAF.
• Experience with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce, or SAP.
• Familiarity with data visualization and analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Exposure to cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and modern DevOps practices.
