Digital Solutions Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a Digital Solutions Engineer who can design, build, and implement modern technical solutions in a highly collaborative environment. This individual will work closely with internal consultants and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable digital workflows, automated processes, and productivity-enhancing tools.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical skills, solution-design expertise, and a strong understanding of modern collaboration platforms, particularly within Microsoft’s ecosystem.

This role is heavily focused on AI-driven solutions, automation, system integrations, and digital experience improvements across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field—or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, To Do, and Outlook.
• Deep experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI).
• Experience with PowerShell for scripting, automation, and administration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into well-structured technical solutions.
• Proven experience implementing, testing, and deploying digital solutions.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience partnering with business analysts or consultants during project discovery and implementation.
• Knowledge of information security best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.

• Experience working in large, complex, or regulated organizations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms or AV equipment for collaborative spaces.
• Exposure to API integration patterns and workflow automation techniques.
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration.
• Agile/Scrum work environment experience.
• ITIL v4+ certification.
