Role Overview
Our Project, Process, and Change Practice is seeking an experienced Change Communications Consultant to support enterprise-wide transformation programs. This position is responsible for designing and executing communication strategies that help employees understand, adopt, and navigate large-scale business process and technology changes.
The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on experience building communication plans within dynamic, fast-paced organizations—particularly in environments undergoing significant operational or digital transformation. This role requires an individual who is highly creative, adaptable, and skilled in both strategy and execution across multiple communication channels.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 5–7+ years developing strategic and tactical communications within a corporate, transformation, or technology-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to design polished and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations.
- Experience building and managing SharePoint pages or internal microsites.
- Familiarity with marketing automation or communication tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable platforms).
- Proven success supporting enterprise change initiatives or digital transformation programs.
- Experience writing scripts, developing personas, or producing basic video content.
- Strong portfolio of writing samples for varied audiences, including senior leadership.
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign or similar design tools.
- Experience managing full communication plans using structured project management methods.
- Exposure to global teams or large distributed organizations.
- Experience working with highly technical subject matter experts.
- Background supporting complex industries such as insurance, financial services, or technology.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong PowerPoint and visual design capabilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing competing priorities.
- High attention to detail and quality.
- Strong presence and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals and large groups.
- Adaptable, creative, and able to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
