Role Overview
Our Strategy & Business Transformation function is seeking a Project & Change Management Consultant to support high-visibility initiatives across the organization. This role reports directly to the Head of Project & Change Management and collaborates with senior leaders, program managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective planning, execution, and adoption of business process and technology changes.

The consultant will help organize project work, maintain governance documentation, and contribute to change management strategies that support readiness, communication, and adoption. The right candidate is structured, proactive, and highly capable of navigating complex environments while supporting initiatives that drive measurable business value.

Qualifications
Experience

  • Strongly preferred: Experience supporting medium to large program portfolios.
  • 5–7+ years of project management experience, including exposure to enterprise-level transformation.
  • 3–5+ years executing change management activities within structured initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success working with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
  • Experience partnering with executive leadership and global, distributed teams.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with Workfront or comparable project management platforms.
  • Strong competency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and related documentation tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn new operational tools and systems.
Core Competencies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development and delivery.
  • Solid planning and organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple tracks of work.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address challenges proactively.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Resourceful, self-directed approach to managing work in changing or ambiguous environments.
  • Confident in generating new ideas, proposing recommendations, and incorporating feedback.
Methodologies
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management approaches.
  • Foundational understanding of change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci (a plus).
