Workfront Configuration Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Workfront and Fusion Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workfront as an enterprise-wide portfolio and project management platform. This role partners closely with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, architect scalable solutions, and implement advanced configurations that support cross-functional operational needs.

The consultant will serve as a subject matter expert across Workfront and Workfront Fusion, driving effective integrations, process automations, and enterprise-grade workflows. This role is ideal for someone with a strong implementation track record, first-rate communication skills, and the ability to provide both strategic direction and hands-on configuration.

Qualifications
Experience

• Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion certifications required.
• 7–10+ years implementing Workfront at enterprise scale across multiple business units (beyond marketing).
• 3–4+ years building and optimizing Workfront Fusion workflows, including advanced text mode.
• Experience configuring complex, multi-dimensional Workfront environments and implementing the full suite of Workfront products, including Proof.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for Workfront interface customization and dynamic reporting.
• Experience working with Workfront native integrations and other Adobe ecosystem tools.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI preferred.
• Cross-industry consulting or multi-sector implementation background strongly beneficial.
