IMPORTANT HEALTH COVERAGE TAX DOCUMENT AVAILABILITY

AVID Technical Resources, Inc. is required to report information about the health coverage offered to full-time employees under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Instead of automatically mailing or emailing Form 1095-C (Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage) to each full-time employee, we provide this notice to inform you that you may request a copy of your Form 1095-C at any time.
