About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to guide organizational transformation efforts across multiple enterprise technology projects. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes through effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and training initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in organizational change management, communications strategy, and digital transformation, preferably within complex environments such as higher education or large-scale institutions.
Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading organizational change initiatives in complex environments.
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale technology implementations or system migrations.
  • Experience managing vendor partnerships and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise communication systems, governance, and best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to tailor messaging for various audiences.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, or similar).
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project collaboration tools.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Change Management Certification (Prosci, ACMP, or similar).
  • Experience with enterprise communication or marketing automation platforms.
  • Background in digital transformation, organizational development, or communications strategy.
  • Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
