Required Qualifications

  • Prior customer service, front-desk, or call center experience
  • Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and general office applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor
  • Reliable transportation for in-person training in Dedham, MA
  • Ability to transition to remote work after training
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in higher education administration or student services
  • Prior call center or contact center experience
  • Experience supporting students, adult learners, or front-facing service roles
  • College students and recent graduates welcome
