Required Qualifications
- Prior customer service, front-desk, or call center experience
- Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable handling high call volumes in a metrics-driven environment
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems and databases
- Experience with Microsoft Office and general office applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional demeanor
- Reliable transportation for in-person training in Dedham, MA
- Ability to transition to remote work after training
- Experience in higher education administration or student services
- Prior call center or contact center experience
- Experience supporting students, adult learners, or front-facing service roles
- College students and recent graduates welcome
