Finance Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Finance Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance enterprise financial systems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role partners closely with finance and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, design system solutions, and support ongoing enhancements and issue resolution across Workday Finance and related platforms.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Workday Financials, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working across functional teams and supporting system improvements throughout the full application lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier-2 functional support by troubleshooting issues, identifying trends, and prioritizing enhancements and defects
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and translate business needs into effective system configurations
• Configure and maintain Workday Finance modules in alignment with operational and reporting requirements
• Support the full lifecycle of system changes including design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
• Communicate status updates, risks, and trends to business stakeholders
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and system improvements
• Escalate critical issues when necessary and support resolution efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience documenting business requirements, use cases, test plans, and system changes
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting Workday Finance modules
• Functional experience with areas such as accounting structures, banking, projects, or financial reporting
• Experience with Workday Reporting or analytics is a plus
