Senior Manager, ERP Program Management

We are seeking a Senior Manager, ERP Program Management to lead a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation and application development initiative. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end program delivery, from planning and design through execution and long-term sustainment.

This individual will partner with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of complex ERP transformation initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, program governance, and the ability to manage risk, drive alignment, and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation programs
• Drive program planning, execution, and governance across global teams
• Manage risks, issues, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with strategic goals
• Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality results
• Define and track program success metrics and provide executive-level reporting
• Facilitate workshops and drive decision-making across stakeholders
• Promote best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement across the program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of experience with SAP ERP systems across multiple versions
• 5+ years of SAP program or project management experience
• Experience leading at least 2–3 full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead large-scale business transformation initiatives

Technical & Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and global rollout programs (Global Template approach)
• Knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology and Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager
• SAP certification in a functional area (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Order to Cash) preferred
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred
