Sr. Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale, complex technology initiatives within a fast-paced, enterprise environment. This role is responsible for driving projects from initiation through execution and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets.

This position requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can manage cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and successfully deliver enterprise-level solutions that drive measurable business value.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of IT project management experience in enterprise environments
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives
• Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, infrastructure, cloud, or integrations)
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including executive-level communication
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and drive adoption
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
• Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, or similar certification
• Experience in complex, matrixed organizations
• Background in digital transformation or enterprise technology implementations
