Sr. Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex enterprise technology initiatives across multiple business functions. This role is responsible for managing projects from planning through implementation while ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder expectations, budgets, and timelines.

The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing executive stakeholders, and has a proven ability to deliver large-scale technology initiatives involving cross-functional teams. This position requires strong communication skills, financial oversight, and the ability to drive organizational change while maintaining project momentum.

This is a hybrid opportunity requiring three days onsite each week in the Boston area.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of enterprise IT Project Management experience.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional technology initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing enterprise implementations involving infrastructure, ERP, CRM, cloud, or data platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management experience working with executive leadership.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial oversight.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and technology adoption initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in matrixed organizations.

• PMP, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or similar certification.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience using project management tools such as:
• Microsoft Project
• Jira
• Smartsheet
• ServiceNow
• Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement and IT governance.
