Sr Salesforce Developer

This role is ideal for a hands-on Salesforce expert who thrives in fast-paced environments and has extensive experience building scalable Sales Cloud solutions, custom development, and enterprise integrations.

You'll partner with business analysts, administrators, and technical stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality Salesforce solutions that improve business processes across a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions
• Build custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce, and automation tools
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications using REST and SOAP APIs
• Participate in technical design sessions and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Lead development efforts through the full software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment using CI/CD pipelines
• Optimize Salesforce performance, security, and maintainability
• Produce technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across development teams
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application enhancements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Deep expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Strong experience with:
• Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch & Scheduled Jobs)
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Aura Components
• Visualforce
• Salesforce Flows
• Experience developing Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and object relationships
• Experience building REST/SOAP integrations
• Experience using Git, Gearset, or similar CI/CD tools
• Active Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments
• Experience working on complex digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
