- Provide Executive Level Administrative Support which involves High level Calendaring
- Manage New Hire, Temp, Intern and Contractor Onboarding/Off-boarding
- Strong familiarity w/ Supporting Governance Meetings
- Responsible for Door Access Request
- Experience with MyExpense Reports and Reimbursements
- Coordinating Project Reimagine Interviews
- Manage Procurement of cellphone/laptop devices
- Initiating Facilities Requests
- Responsible for MYTime Attendance Tracking
- Provide support for Compliance Tracking/Follow-Up
- Coordination, planning and provide onsite support for the Infrastructure Team Meetings
- Strong Familiarity w/ Zoom and Slack
