Job Summary:
We are looking for a Software Support Analyst. This position will be hired at either a Level I (one) or Level II (two) depending on experience.
The Software Support Analyst I is responsible for the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions through collaboration with the development team and relevant business stakeholders.
The Software Support Analyst II will additionally partner with business specialist to support in-depth troubleshooting and implement features and functionalities.
Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:
Software Support Analyst I:
·Collaborates with others on the design and documentation of business requirements, objectives, deliverables and specifications
·Works within a team on the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) of Microsoft D365
·Takes ownership of customer issues reported and sees problems through to resolution
·Participates in Agile activities (daily standup, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective, etc.)
·Analyzes Dynamics 365 issues, researches potential causes, determines potential solutions, and resolves the issue
·Sets and adheres to project plans and deadlines, and works with the team to identify and address any problem areas that arise
·Recommends and performs application improvements and upgrades
·Leads the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines
·Performs other duties as assigned
In addition to the above items a Level II SSA will provide leadership and technical guidance to the project team throughout the implementation to ensure accurate delivery of project plans
Education and/or Experience:
Software Support Analyst I:
·Four-year college degree in a related field preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
·Four-year degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering preferred or 2-3 years of experience
·At least one year of Application Development experience required
·Experience with – and/or the ability to learn – technologies within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem such as Xrm TypeScript, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, PowerApps, PowerApps/CRM Portals
·Microsoft SQL Server
·Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM installation, upgrade and maintenance (preferred)
·Microsoft PowerApps, PowerAutomate and PowerBI (preferred)
·Microsoft Visual Studio
·Azure DevOps
·Agile methodologies
