Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Consultant experienced in Workfront and Workfront Fusion to support our enterprise portfolio and project management initiatives. Collaborating closely with our esteemed client, you will lead the design and configuration of Workfront solutions tailored to their specific needs. This role involves eliciting requirements, designing future state processes, and overseeing end-to-end configuration of scalable Workfront environments, integrating Fusion as required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing Workfront solutions at an enterprise level, beyond traditional marketing functions.
Required Skills:
- Collaborate with our client to structure Workfront for enterprise use
- Facilitate impactful discovery and design sessions with cross-functional teams
- Lead requirements gathering, process definition, and solution conceptualization
- Configure and optimize the Workfront Solution, including object-level structure, reporting, and workflow management
- Develop data visualization and produce data extracts for reporting tools
- Implement Workfront object types and Fusion scenarios to meet business objectives
- Design, develop, test, train, and deploy successful enterprise Workfront implementations
- Assist in establishing a governance model for post-implementation support
Preferred Skills:
- 5-10 years of Workfront implementation experience in multi-group organizations
- Proficiency in implementing the full suite of Workfront tools, including Fusion and Proof
- Understanding of enterprise process mapping and typical user personas
- Expertise in native integrations and other Adobe Workfront products
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and ADO is a plus
- Experience across multiple industries and businesses
- Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion certification required
- Business Intelligence reporting experience preferred (e.g., Power BI)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
