AViD Technical Resources is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to work remotely for their  client in Indianapolis (EST Hours)

SUMMARY
We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to support the Shared Financial Services Payroll operations. The position is a highly valued individual on the Payroll team and plays an integral role in the day-to-day payroll operations. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who takes ownership of their responsibilities. In return, we will offer you a challenging role in an international organization with ample opportunities for growth. This position is based in Charlotte, NC

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Work with ADP and our units processing regular and off cycle payroll runs.
  2. Payroll Processing under very tight deadlines.
  3. Process/monitor off cycle payments.
  4. Monitor Payroll inbox support within ADP system, able to respond to ADP tickets and report issues.
  5. Proficient in report creation in ADP. Support monthly/ quarterly reconciliations.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 – 5 years payroll processing experience
  • Experience with ADP Global View Platform preferred
  • SAP experience desired. Knowledge of multi-state tax
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to work under time pressure, to prioritize workload, and meet strict deadlines
  • Self-motivated and a team player with a positive attitude
