Job Description

AVID Technical Resources is seeking a Desktop Support Technician in Los Angeles to support one of our clients in entertainment. This individual would provide Tier 2 support for day to day operations throughout the organization.

  • Windows experience (Mac is a bonus)
  • Ability to troubleshoot, install, and perform software/hardware upgrades
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Entertainment, agency, creative, or startup background
