Job Summary: The Cloud Operations Specialist  under our Cloud Administration Department, is responsible for handling the initial implementation, unification, and support of products and services we offer to our customers. This position requires an energetic, detail-oriented individual that can follow process documents and demonstrate innovation for process improvement. Someone who can thrive with minimal supervision, as well as adapt and excel in team-related initiatives. Customer Service skills are a necessity to effectively communicate with internal teams and customers.   

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  (other duties may be assigned at management’s discretion)

  • Perform customer environment setups and configurations for various products
  • Establish integration between respective products
  • Perform customer environment test refreshes
  • Assist with customer projects as requested
  • Troubleshoot implementation related issues
  • Exhibit leadership characteristics  
General Duties and Responsibilities:  (other duties may be assigned at management’s discretion)
  • Complete assigned tasks timely and with quality, meeting established service level agreements
  • Rely on instructions, pre-established guidelines, policies, and procedures to perform job functions
  • Maintain record of customer environment details
  • Collaborate with internal teams and/or take lead on process documentation, projects, and tooling
  • Support customers with impacting issues as part of day-to-day and on-call rotation
  • Some weekend hours may be required as work volume dictates 
  • Ability to navigate in Windows-based operating systems
  • Able to run and craft SQL scripts in SQL Management Studio
  • PC and Server hardware knowledge and familiarity
  • Candidates should hold at least 4-6 year education and/or work experience in information technology
  • Technical aptitude – ability to quickly grasp and understand system functionality and architecture at a technical level
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft SQL, Citrix, PowerShell
  • Strong understanding of Identity Management Solutions: Microsoft AD FS, OpenAM, SAML2 protocol

Education/Certification/License: ·        

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related Information Technology Experience preferred
